◈ The third way ◈

You do not have to choose between a boss and going it alone

There is a path in between: join a venture with partners, contribute what you are good at, and take a share of the profit in proportion to what you actually contributed — without building the whole thing yourself, and without someone else deciding for you.

You do not have to quit. You can start with a few hours a week, alongside the job.

◈ And if you don't have a partnership yet ◈

Know that feeling?

The truth no one talks about:

You wake up to work that's a 'must' - not a 'want'.

You invest hours, talent and energy - and the value you build stays someone else's.

At month's end the paycheck runs out, and you start from zero again. No asset accrues.

And there are only two options: an employee with no freedom, or a lone entrepreneur carrying all the risk.

So whole years are sold cheap - and the dream is postponed to another 'someday'.

And the biggest loser of all? The customer.

The person serving you is an employee - their money comes from the boss, not from you. There is no financial bond between you.

So their loyalty naturally flows to the boss - and the customer becomes a nuisance, just another part of the job.

The simple truth? All the money comes from the customer. You are the one who deserves the full attention.

In a Rikma, whoever serves you is a partner: your money is their direct income - and the customer is back at the center.

What if work could be both a calling - and an asset that stays yours?

And why is it like this in the first place? →

Why the old way doesn't really work

Between two bad options - there's a third way.

Employee

  • False security
  • No ownership
  • Someone else decides for you
  • The paycheck ends every month

Lone entrepreneur

  • All the risk on you
  • Loneliness
  • Heavy management load
  • No safety net
The third way

At 1💗1 - a Rikma

  • Real ownership in %
  • Full freedom
  • Decisions by consensus
  • Partners who complete you
  • Lifetime profit

Three ways to make a living — and what happens the day you stop

One decade, three tracks. Move the year you stop working and see what is left.

Across the whole decade: a freelancer takes home 1.1× what the employee did, and a partner 1.2×.

The numbers are relative to a starting salary (100%), not amounts. An employee draws unemployment pay for three months and then nothing; a freelancer stops the same day; a partner opens no new rikmas after stopping, and their share of the existing ones thins too — whoever keeps contributing grows the denominator. So their income falls, but it settles on a floor rather than on zero: what you already gave stays in the numerator for good.

What happens after you click

  1. 1

A 20-minute conversation, no commitment. You tell us what you are good at and how much time you have.

  2. 2

We look for a rikma that fits your skills and your schedule — or help you open one.

  3. 3

From the first hour you log, your share of the profit starts accruing. Transparent, and agreed in advance.

What actually stops people

How do I know I will not get taken advantage of?

The split is not settled by argument but by a formula: the time and resources you contributed, logged and approved. And every decision that touches you goes through consent — there is no button in the system that rejects you outright.

What if I work more than the others?

Then your share is larger. That is exactly the difference from fifty-fifty: the split moves with actual contribution instead of staying stuck on whatever was agreed on day one.

And if there is a dispute?

Every claim stays open for the period the rikma set, and you answer it with a counter-proposal rather than a refusal. Both sides sign the same version, or the clock matures whatever is on the table.

Shall we start?

No long forms and no credit card. Just a short conversation, after which you will know whether this fits you.
